This guy needs some Captain in him, would have grabbed that Anchor off the ground and sailed back home. This is the most sober guy at the party they sent to get more beer, must have been partying with the TROSE KREW.
We just call them Bud Heavys, I guess they really are heavy as hell, this guy looked like a Turtle flipped over on his shell.
It would have been better to see him drive out of there.
